Our Group has embraced sustainability as part of our mission and business strategies and as a core principle guiding our actions and decisions.
As megatrends such as climate change, resource scarcity and social inequality continue to reshape the global landscape, we remain dedicated to addressing these challenges proactively. We are committed to setting ambitious goals, measuring our progress and engaging our stakeholders in meaningful dialogue and cooperation. We aim to create long-term value for our owners, employees and customers by reducing our footprint and increasing our handprint.

Sustainability highlights in 2023
In 2023, we achieved important milestones in our sustainability journey. We launched and updated our values and strategy, with sustainability being part of our mission and embedded as a key strategic goal.
Our environmental highlights included conducting our first carbon footprint calculations for Scope 1, 2 and partially for Scope 3 emissions.
As one of our governance highlights, we introduced our group-level Code of Conduct, coupled with training for the personnel and boards.
During the year we also identified our material sustainability impacts by conducting a materiality analysis for Paree Group as well as our subsidiaries.
